- We currently accept Paypal, which will allow you to use most major credit cards within our SSL secured site.
- We will also accept pre-paid cheques made payable to "1742971 Ontario Limited", c/o: Alan Wolfish Q.C., 95 Wellington Street West, 12th Floor Reception, Toronto, Ontario, M5J-2Z9. However, you will be charged an NSF fee of $25 should we seek to negotiate a cheque which is later returned by your financial institution.
- Once you have paid either by Paypal or cheque for any of our publications, you will receive both an invoice from us marked "Paid" and a copy of your publication in the format denoted in the product description (e.g. Encrtypted PDF electronic format, glossy soft cover, or hard cover) usually within two weeks (as noted below, please allow longer for out of province orders).
- All of our publications are subject to the Terms and Conditions of our appended Disclaimer that such publications do not constitute legal or any other kind of professional advice by 1742971 Ontario Limited or any other party.
- If you purchase a copy of any publication prior to its Release date, then you will receive the publication within two weeks of the stated Release date. However, shipping may take slightly longer if you are located outside of the province of Ontario.
- We kindly ask that if you are a college or an institution with multiple locations, that you respect the authors' copyright: a "shrink-wrap" license which you agree to be bound by may also come with your encrypted PDF publication (in order to protect us against unauthorized distribution), and this license will allow each location (and any individuals at each location or campus, as the case may be) to use one copy of any publication herein, unless otherwise denoted in the Products description.
- You will have to provide us with a valid e-mail address and proper contact information in order that we may forward an invoice along with each publication you have ordered.
- Fees are quoted on a per unit basis expressed in Canadian dollars and are inclusive of any GST which may be applicable. However, Paypal has a currency conversion feature.
- All Sales are FINAL unless denoted otherwise in the product description. However, we will often attempt to provide the Purchaser with a 30 day Risk-Free Trial Period where the Purchaser has 30 days to review the publication they have pre-paid for: if for whatever reason the Purchaser is unhappy with their purchase, they may ship the publication back in unused condition at their own expense and 1742971 Ontario Limited will fully refund them for the cost of the publication.
- We reserve all rights to limit quantities, or to refuse to sell the works of authors for any reason whatsoever. Other conditions may apply under a separate licensing agreement and/or Disclaimer which will arrive with the publication itself.
